Big Interlake Mechanical – Membership Program Terms

 1. Membership Overview -

Membership is available at a cost of $25.00 plus GST per household. Membership applies per household, but only one physical membership card is included with the initial sign up. Additional household members may be added for $5.00 plus GST per person, each receiving their own card.

2. Eligibility & Usage -

Membership benefits apply only to shop service work performed by Big Interlake Mechanical. Members must present their valid membership card to receive discounts or promotional pricing. Membership benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the household listed on the account.

 3. Account Requirements -

All standard Big Interlake Mechanical rules and policies apply. Members must keep their account in good standing to maintain active membership status. Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

4. Member Benefits - 

Members receive exclusive monthly store sales and promotions. These may be delivered by email, or members may pick up a flyer in-store. Discounts and promotions require presentation of the membership card at the time of purchase or service.

5. Replacement & Additional -  Cards Replacement membership cards are available for $5.00 plus GST. Additional household member cards are also $5.00 plus GST each.

6. Term & Renewal -

Membership is valid for one year from the date of signup. Renewal fees follow the same pricing structure unless otherwise updated.
